VoIP stands for voice over internet protocol. This technology allows you to send voice over a simple computer network and the Internet, which means free calls between VoIP clients.

How is that possible?

Imagine the following situation. We have two headquarters. One is located in Warsaw and one in Cracow. The normal connection between the headquarters cost a dozen or so groszy per minute. If we make for example, 10 calls lasting 5 minutes a day, 365 days a year at a sample rate of 7 grosz / min, we get up to 1277.50 zloty solely for the connections in the company. In the international connections and the more developed company, this amount is a few or even several times higher.

How does VoIP work?

VoIP works very simply. Just as in the above example, what is needed is to install a device called VoIP or computer software with a similar function. Then the conversation from Warsaw to Cracow is routed on the internet at no cost.
